I have always been one to treat my books with so much love and respect that I don't even put a label with my name on it declaring ownership. This book does not have a label on it, but it is filled with sticky memos and so highlighted, you would think that the author had it printed in a yellow font. I even have pages that have come undone from the binding. I recommend this book to everyone who is interested in healing energies. I couldn't think of a better compliment to give an author.
